• Accurate Information Required: All orders require your correct game User ID and Zone ID (Server ID) where applicable. Double-check this information before submitting as incorrect details may result in failed or misdirected top-ups.
• Payment Window: Once an order is created, you have exactly 5 minutes to complete the payment. Orders not paid within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled and marked as failed.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We support KHQR (National QR standard), ABA Bank, Wing Money, and ACLEDA Bank transfers. All payments are processed through secure channels.
• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and delivered within 5-15 minutes after payment confirmation. During peak hours, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
• Verification: We recommend verifying your account details and nickname before completing any purchase.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please review our refund guidelines:

• Eligible for Refund: Refunds are available for transactions that failed due to technical issues on our end or if items were not delivered despite successful payment verification.
• Customer Responsibility: We cannot issue refunds for top-ups sent to incorrect User IDs, Zone IDs, or accounts due to customer-provided wrong information.
• Timeframe: All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase. Requests made after this period may not be honored.
• Process: Contact our 24/7 support team via Telegram (@NKDIAMONDTOPUP) with your Order ID, transaction screenshot, and description of the issue. We aim to resolve all refund cases within 1-3 business days.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method or credited as store balance at your preference.

• No Password Required: We NEVER ask for your game account password. The only exception is Roblox top-ups which require login credentials due to platform requirements.
• Encrypted Transactions: All payment information is transmitted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store your full payment credentials.
• Data Privacy: Your personal information is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or to process your orders.

• Commercial Reselling: Purchasing items in bulk for unauthorized resale purposes without proper reseller agreement.
• Abuse: Harassing our support staff, filing false complaints, or engaging in any behavior that disrupts our services.
